About Me
My path to becoming a doula began while supporting a close friend through the final part of her pregnancy and the months that followed. For nearly eight months, I had the opportunity to support her as she adjusted to life with her newborn son while also caring for her toddler daughter. Being present through that transition showed me just how meaningful it can be to have someone beside you who is willing to listen, help, and simply be present as your family finds its new rhythm.
Alongside my doula work, I bring 2½ years of experience in early childhood education. Working closely with young children and their families has taught me that when a new baby arrives, the whole family experiences that transition, including parents and older siblings.

My Approach
I approach doula care with empathy, humility, and genuine care. I believe listening is just as important as the support I provide. I don’t enter a family’s space assuming I know what is best for them. Instead, I want to understand what’s important to you, respect your choices, and support you in the ways you actually need. My goal is for the families I work with to feel heard, cared for, respected, and comfortable being themselves with me.
