About Me
I have spent 30 years in childcare and the last decade focused exclusively on newborns. I have supported 100+ families through the hardest and most meaningful weeks of their lives.
The name Nanny Emmy came from the toddlers who could not say Emilee and it stuck!
I built this agency around one belief: that the families who trust you with their newborn deserve someone who actually loves this work. We are a collaborative team with me as the primary provider, and every specialist I bring in shares that same standard.

- Newborn care to relieve parents day and overnight within the first two weeks of being home
- Baby-related chores such as washing bottles, pump parts, baby laundry, and nursery rest
- Household support - family laundry, meal/snack preparation, tidying high traffic areas
- Monitoring cues and documenting feeding/ diapering/ sleep patterns
- Feeding support – lactation, formula or breast milk management
- Sample routines, tips and tricks to help parents feel confident between visits
- A supportive, non-judgmental space for questions
- Listening ear and reassurance
- Guidance on newborn care techniques including feeding, burping, swaddling, diapering, bathing, and soothing

Whether during the day or overnight, I'm there to support feedings, monitor cues, soothe with intention, and help lay the foundation for trust and security so you can rest knowing your baby is in steady, capable hands.
